Braes youth club

Monday 12th. April

The end of Easter holidays were celebrated with some indoor games led by sarah Nicolson , followed by home made smoothies and marshmallows .

The first night of the new year brought 2 new events to the youth club calendar. Sara Nicolson came along to deliver two exciting workshop activities for the club.

The first workshop was in Boxercise , and the group worked up a sweat sparring and working on technique.

The second workshop was in cheerleading and an exciting and vibrant routine was practiced before a finale show for the parents was presented by our group of boys and girls.

Thanks go to Sara for coming along to showcase the evnts for the members.

Monday January 25th.

Unihoc & Dodgeball

Another busy night with Irene Deplano coming along to supervise the events. First of all we had a Unihoc competition which was followed after the  tuck break by Dodgeball.Also we tried out our new pool cues and darts in readiness for up and coming competitions.

February Events

1st. February      Curry/ Quiz night  

Well done to all our youth club members who laid on a superb evening of food and fun. Special thanks to James Cryer for the delicious  food.

8th. February        Fingal centre Portree High   7:00 - 9:00pm   Bouldering , Basketball, Spin bike , Swimming

An exciting night of varied events , thanks to Neil Roberts for assisting at Bouldering.

Ian Brown attended to coach youth club in Football and Badminton , a huge vote of thanks to Ian for an exciting evening

March Events

Monday 1st. Visit to Fingal centre Portree. Swimming and badminton sessions were enjoyed by all.

Saturday 6th. Car boot sale

The youth club ran a stall,raffle and cafe at the charity sale in Braes hall.

Well done to all our youngsters who helped raise over £140
